How to Return

Choose the reason for return and provide any additional details. Upload photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Pack the Item

Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and the invoice copy.

Schedule Pickup

Our courier partner will contact you to schedule a pickup. You can also drop off the package at designated locations.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
